Hello it is Ren here with your weekly fashion report. This weeks column will cover this topic of Fur and how it’s impact has been seen on the streets of Republic City! I for one think Furs of all different colors and patterns are a wonderful way to add a touch to any girls going out dress. A classic white pelt really adds a touch of elegance to any girls dress.This trend may be attributed to Avatar Korra’s fur that she wears though she hails from the Southern Watertribe where furs are worn for warmth. I believe they can now be worn for fashion! Now girls and guys who are interested in this fashionable trend of furs should follow these rules: 

DO’S:

• Do make sure the fur matches the color palette of the outfit you will be wearing. 
• Be creative in the way you wear your furs! rather as a shawl or a scarf you are sure to be both warm and beautiful on a cold night. 
• Quality Quality Quality! Is a must no one wants to be seen with a poor pelt! 
• Always check for color and for softness

DON’TS:

• Do not wear too much fur you are not an animal 
• Always buy your furs for a responsible vender 
• Both clash patterns!

With these simple rules on how ot wear furs it wont be long until you are looking fabulous on the streets of Republic City.

Alright, this is for everyone interested! So far I’ve got several sections open:

• Headlines - You know, front page, general breaking news.
• Sports - Self-explanatory. I’m thinking of including pro-bending in this section.
• Entertainment - Well, if the Ember Island Players are going to be showing a play at the opera house, the public needs to know!
• Crime - Police reports, stuff that’s not as important as a headline story but still important enough.
• Economy - Trade and such, I don’t know if Daniel (inhellsdespair) has nabbed this yet.
• Editorials/Opinions - I already have a writer on this one and I’d prefer it if you pick another one but if you really want this…

As for content: 

As long as you can write, I don’t mind. No journalism experience needed. Read up a little on how to write a newspaper article first, it’s pretty straight forward though, you state the facts and other pertinent info. 

Interviews:

Any of the ask blogs… You can make up your sources and stuff.

Libel and defamation:

As long as you don’t write something like, “Korra caught streaking in Republic City Park” (when she obviously didn’t according to any of the ask blogs…) we’re good.
